NLDC is looking for talented, well-rounded candidates for Technical Developer and Project Team Lead positions in the Tolling industry.
 

Technical Developer - Entry, Mid or Senior Level

We are currently interviewing for full-time software developers with an emphasis on breadth of knowledge and formal design and development experience.

General Requirements:

• Strong proficiency with latest Microsoft products and technologies (Visual Studio .NET, VB.NET, C#, SQL Server)
• Familiarity with relational database design/architecture concepts
• Proficiency with Transact SQL and stored procedure syntax
• Familiarity with Crystal Reports and/or Microsoft Reporting Services
• Experience with client server (n-tier) based environments
• Experience with networking, security and server technologies a plus
• Formal Object Oriented development training/education preferred
• Knowledge of non-Microsoft technologies a plus (Java, ColdFusion, DB2, etc.)
• Microsoft certified candidates strongly preferred
• 4 year Business degree preferred, preferably in Computer Science or Information Systems
   
   

Project Team Lead - Entry, Mid or Senior Level

We are currently interviewing for full-time Project team leads with a proven track record of leading developer teams and successfully managing software development projects through the software development life cycle.

General Requirements:

• Strong proficiency with Microsoft Project
• Familiarity/experience with the Microsoft Solutions Framework (MSF) processes and methodologies
• Familiarity/experience with the Agile software development processes and methodologies
• Project Management Institute (PMI) certification is a plus
• Software Development Live Cycle (SDLC) training preferred
• Formal Management Practices incorporating CMMI or equivalent
